Art Basel Time!

Art Basel Miami Beach 2009 schedule

Art Basel – The international art show features exhibitions by more than 250 art galleries and 2,000 artists presenting works of the 20th and 21st centuries; noon-8 p.m. Thursday-Saturday, noon-6 p.m. Sunday; Miami Beach Convention Center, Entrances B and D, 1901 Convention Center Dr., Miami Beach. Tickets: $35 one-day pass, $55 two-day pass; $75 permanent pass; $20 after 4 p.m., $20 students and seniors; free for kids 15 and younger accompanied by an adult.

• The Margulies Collection at the Warehouse:

Hot Models | Julia Stegner

At the age of 15, Julia Stegner was discovered by a talent scout in Germany. Soon after she graduated high school, she moved to Paris to pursue a modeling career, even though at first she planned to study accounting. In 2002, within four months of moving to Paris, Stegner opened the Yves Saint Laurent show, along with booking other campaigns for Sportmax and Strenesse.
